Transfer, Withdrawal & Refund Policies

Course Transfer Policy
Students who wish to do a course transfer from their enrolled programme to a new programme after the commencement of the enrolled programme will be required to submit a written notification via the Course Transfer Form stating clearly the reason(s) for transfer. No verbal notice will be accepted. Students who wish to transfer to another major of study will be subject to the above requirements as well. A counseling session between the student and the academic head will be held to understand the reasons for course transfer.

Withdrawal & Refund Policies
All enrolled students who wish to withdraw from the programme must submit a duly completed Course Withdrawal Form to their respective Student Services Administrator. ERCI will process the request within 7 working days and arrange for the student to attend a counseling session with a Senior Academic Staff to understand the reasons behind the request for withdrawal, and if possible, offer an alternative programme or solution to the student. Any unconsumed course fees will be refunded to the student according to the Refund Policy stated as in the PEI Student Contract.

ERCI provides students who have yet to commence classes with a cooling off period of 7 working days upon signing the Standard PEI Student Contract. Within these 7 days and regardless of whether the Course Commencement Date has passed, students can submit a written notice of withdrawal to ERCI and receive the maximum refund amount stipulated under Clause 2.4 of the Student Contract.

All requests for refund of Fee Protection Scheme (FPS) & Medical Insurance payments will be considered on a case-by-case basis subject to approval and conditions of the insurance providers. An administrative fee may be charged for every successful refund as stipulated in the Student Contract.
