Student Administration

ERCI students looking for administrative assistance relating to academic or administrative processes may approach the ERCI Student Services Division for more information. The Student Services Division is your contact point with ERC Institute once you have embarked on your studies with us. Each of our courses, no matter the level, no matter the size, will always have at least 1 dedicated Student Services Administrator, to look after the needs and welfare of the students in the courses.

For queries pertaining to your immediate enrolment or studies, please contact your Student Services Administrator, and your administrator will reply to your queries within 1 working day. Alternatively you may email your administrator to schedule a meeting in person to resolve your queries.

The Student Services Division is located on the ground floor of the ERCI River Valley campus. Our operating hours are:

Mondays to Fridays: 9.00am to 6.30pm

Saturday/Sunday/ PH CLOSED
