First Private Education Institution to be awarded with the S-Class certification

On 25th September 2009, ERC Institute was awarded with the Singapore Service Class. We are the first Private Education Institution (out of about 1,200 private schools in Singapore) to be awarded with the S-Class certification.

The Singapore Service Class is a part of the Singapore government's Business Excellence initiative that helps organizations to strengthen their management systems and processes for high performance. It is based on an internationally comparable and holistic model for managing an enterprise for excellence. The Singapore Quality Class, that ERCI has been awarded with in 2008, is regarded as a key milestone of overall performance on the business excellence model.

This framework also has niche standards that focus on management capabilities for people, innovation and service which are key enablers for business excellence. The Singapore Service Class is a key milestone of the niche standard for service.

You will be able to find the Singapore Service Class logo in all our Marketing Communications (ie Marketing Brochures, Websites, Print Advertisments etc….)
