Course Structure

The ERC Min MBA programme is a 5-day intensive programme that offers an in-depth overview of various issues relating to contemporary business studies of management and organization leadership. Delegates will spend 8 contact hours with a lecturer in a seminar-style sitting exploring critical business issues in a 5 key management topics. Delegates will attend a consulting workgroup day during which they will bring forward key business issues within their own organizations to consult with the lecturers.
