Personal Branding

Overview / Introduction

Personal branding is the process of positioning yourself as an expert in the marketplace so that the qualified prospects will seek you out. Personal branding lets you control how other people perceive you. Personal branding is unavoidable, as others interact with you, there will be an automated mental associations form that connects you with certain "labels", often within the first few seconds. The "labels" people attach to you become part of your personal brand.

Participants will be able to understand the importance of personal branding and discover inner strengths and weaknesses. They will also identify the types of Personal Branding, Internal & External Marketing. Personal Branding, Strategic marketing planning and self-positioning will be covered as well.

Learning Objectives

For a start, Participants will understand the importance of Personal Branding. After which, they will explore activities that contribute to their inner strengths and weaknesses. Hence from there, the trainer will share with them, base on their strength and weaknesses, the different types of personal branding. The 4Ps in Personal Branding will be covered and how to maximised the marketing effort. Trainer will make use of SWOT Analysis, to identify internal and external forces in career planning for each individual. Hence, Participants will do a Self-Evaluation and plan for their career. Once the Career Plan is developed, participants will learn to build the skills necessary to maintain employment.
