Accounts Executive / Accounts Assistants

HR Executive

• Minimum Diploma in HRM
• Minimum 2 years HR experience
• Good knowledge of relevant government regulations pertaining to human resources
• Responsibilities:
• Engage in the full spectrum of HR functions.
• To assist in the review and update of HR policies and procedures.
• To assist in analyzing training needs and identifying relevant training programmes to address training needs.
• Develop annual training plans, administer training activities, and manage training records.
• Monitor and enforce HR policies and procedures.
• To process applications for work passes.
• To process claims (eg: NS make-up pay, maternity etc…)
• Support the team in managing special projects.

Programme Executive

• Minimum Diploma Holder
• Fresh Graduates will be considered
• Exceptional candidates who do not meet the minimum qualifications will also be considered.
• Responsibilities:
• Student and programme administration.
• Customer service and support.
• Liaise with partner universities on the administration of programmes.
• Monitor student payment status.

Lecturers – Part time and Full time

• Master's Degree, Doctorate (PhD) or equivalent in the field of Finance/Marketing/Management/Tourism/ Hospitality from accredited tertiary institutions.
• Proficiency in the following areas:
• English (spoken & written)
• Computer Skills
• Inter-personal Skills
• At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the related field.
• Retired professionals with the above qualification/s and a passion to teach are encouraged to apply.
• Responsibilities:
• Prepare course materials
• Prepare and mark assessments
• Ad-hoc exam board and curriculum development duties

Academic Head of Tourism & Hospitality

Responsibilities:
Responsible for all aspects of administration of the faculty and staff in the Division and for quality delivery of programmes/courses in the organization.

Requirements:

• Postgraduate degree in Tourism & Hospitality.

• Minimum of five years work experience in Tourism & Hospitality.

• Teaching/Training experience is highly desirable.

Lecturer (Finance)

Responsibilities: Lecturing and providing academic and holistic support.

Requirements:

• Candidate needs to possess at least a Master's Degree or Doctorate (PhD) in the field of Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

• Candidate’s qualifications need to be from accredited tertiary institutions.

• Candidate needs to be proficient in the following areas:

  • English (spoken & written)

  • Computer Skills

  • Inter-personal Skills

• At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Part Time & Full Time Lecturer

Due to our dynamic expansion of facilities, we are in need of more quality part-time lecturers to join our lecturing force.

• To lecture in our Masters and Bachelor’s programmes, you should posses at least a Masters’ Degree (preferable relevant to the field of expertise) and 3 years of relevant work experience.

• To lecture in our Diploma programmes, you should possess at least a Diploma (relevant to the field of expertise) and 2 years of relevant work experience.

• At least 2 years of lecturing experience is preferred.
