Douglas Foo Douglas Foo is the Founder & Chairman of Apex-Pal International Ltd. He is the receipient of numerous awards, for instance, ASEAN Award 2004, Rotary-ASME Entrepreneur of the Year 2002, Top Outstanding Young Person Award 2002 by the Junior Chamber of Singapore, and 6th International Management Action Award by the Chartered Management Institute, Singapore in 2007 |
