Kenny Yap, Executive Chairman and Managing Director, Qian Hu Corporation Ltd

Kenny Yap Kim Lee (The Fish) is the Executive Chairman & Group Managing Director of Qian Hu Corporation Ltd, the only integrated ornamental fish service provider listed on the main board of the Singapore Exchange with turnover of S$93 million in Year 2008. Through his leadership, vision and passion for the industry, Kenny has played a key role in establishing Singapore as a major exporter of ornamental fish in the world, accounting for more than 30% of the global output. 

Andy Ong, Chief Executive Officer, ERC Holdings Pte Ltd

Andy is the CEO of ERC Holdings Pte Ltd. ERC Holdings is the investment holding company of the Entrepreneur’s Resource Centre. The Centre was founded by Andy to encourage Asians to be entrepreneurial and has benefited more than 3000 Singaporeans so far. Through ERC’s unique training, funding and mentoring approach, we have invested in 15 businesses and have provided mentoring to ensure their business success. ERC now has presence in Singapore, Thailand and China and looks to grow aggressively into the region.

Douglas Foo has been a Director of the Group since 17 February 1997. As Founder and CEO of the Group, he undertakes the overall management, strategic planning and business development functions of the Group. Mr. Foo started off as a marketing executive before his entrepreneurial spirit saw him set up a garment trading firm in 1996. A year later, he diversified into food & beverage with Sakae Sushi and has since developed Apex-Pal into the successful enterprise that it is today.

Roger Lim, Chief Executive Officer, Webvision Pte Ltd

Roger Lim is the CEO and co-founder of Webvisions Pte Ltd. Roger has more than 10 years of practicing experience in the Information Security arena. He holds several certifications, including, the Certified Information Systems Security Personnel (CISSP) and Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE).

As CEO of Webvisions, Roger is a pioneer of the Asia-Pacific web hosting industry, and has grown the company from a startup of 3 partners to over 100 employees in 2008. In the course of the eleven years since the company's founding, Webvisions has expanded its customer base from 50 in the first year to over 20,000 by early 2008. Webvisions expects to post revenues close to $20 million this year.

Adam Khoo is an entrepreneur, a best-selling author and a peak performance trainer. A self-made millionaire by the age of 26 and now a multi-millionaire at the age of 31, he owns and runs 3 different companies with a combined annual turnover of $20 million. Julian Sandt, CEO, Orchid Capital Ltd

Julian Sandt is the CEO of Orchid Capital Ltd. (www.orchidcapital.net), an investment company focusing on Pre-IPO investments in Asia. Orchid Capital was the Lead Investor in Gongyou's Pre-IPO investment round. Julian Sandt has been for many years in managing positions in the private equity industry, as Senior Partner at Aegis Private Capital, Singapore, and Managing Partner of TFG Asia Pte. Ltd., Singapore. From 1993 - 2000, Mr. Sandt has been in senior positions with Commerzbank AG in Frankfurt, Paris and Singapore ("Prokurist" since 1997, last position was Manager Capital Markets and Syndications in Singapore). Mr. Sandt has a German MBA with honours from leading business school WHU Koblenz.
