About Us

ERCI (formerly known as Asian Centre for Professional Excellence, ACPE) was established in November 2003 by ERC Holdings (ERC) to provide education with a difference and raise the bar in education services in Singapore. ERC Holdings was founded by a group of Singapore entrepreneurs in 1999 to cultivate a strong entrepreneurial culture in the city-state.

ERCI is a leading education provider in Asia. We were founded by some of Asia’s top business leaders to groom the next generation of business captains. Our students enjoy excellent education and recreational facilities so that they can have an outstanding holistic education. They are also groomed and mentored by our panel of corporate titans to have that edge over their peers. We believe a low teacher-student ratio of between 1:10 and 1:30 benefits students as they will receive personalized attention from our lecturers. ERCI has five key areas of specialisation. It carries the flag of the entrepreneurial spirit and has a key segment with its entrepreneurship studies, the four other key segments are Tourism and Hospitality Management, Finance and Investment, Digital Media and Information Technology as well as Exercise Science and Fitness Management. Excellence, Results and Customer Focus (ERC) are the three strong values and characteristics of ERCI.

Awards Achieved

ERCI has attained CaseTrust for Education in August 2005 which marks our commitment to deliver high quality programmes and outstanding service quality. The CaseTrust for Education scheme has been customized specifically by the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE) for the education industry in Singapore.

In 2008, ERCI was awarded the “Institute” status in January 2008 by Ministry of Education (MOE) and the Singapore Quality Class (Private Education Organisations) Certification for its robust processes and sound academic and operational framework.

In 2009, ERCI attained the Singapore Service Class certification for excellent service performance.

CEO Message

ERCI was founded by some of Asia’s top business leaders to groom our students to become the next generation of business leaders. The corporate titans in our Board of Directors and Board of Advisors provide consultation on current and future trends to enable us to develop programmes that equip our students with relevant industry skills.

To enhance the overall learning experience and student satisfaction, lessons are brought to life by the highly successful people who teach and mentor our students. We are committed to our students and our commitment is embodied in our Mission, Vision, Values, Service Credo and our Service Guarantee. We have recently acquired an HR recruitment company with the sole objective of ensuring that our students and graduates have a vast variety of employment opportunities. We add value to the courses we offer by providing expert advice on interview skills through resume writing clinics. Lastly, students are provided with financial intelligence so that they are able to achieve both their career goals and ultimate financial goals.
